• Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and stakeholder requirements.
• Continually improve the effectiveness of the ISMS through risk management, audits, reviews, and performance evaluation.
• Promote a culture of security awareness so all employees, contractors, and third parties understand their responsibilities.

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, third parties, and information assets owned or managed by 4th-IR.

It shall be communicated to all employees, contractors, and relevant third parties to ensure awareness of their responsibilities. It shall be made available to interested parties, such as regulators, customers, and auditors, as appropriate.
